Process: Cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 15 days with 2 daily pumpovers. Malolactic fermentation
controlled. Aged in stainless steel tanks where the 50% of the wine is in contact with oak staves for 4 to 6 months.
